This Health & Wellness Workshop Series will be covering healthy practices! Chef Ana will be teaching healthy habits, shopping techniques to get the most for your money, and how to prepare basic but delicious meals for yourself that are from healthy ingredients.
Earn $25 per workshop you attend and participate in! This series is for ILP eligible youth, ages 14-20 years old.

Week 8 – Cracking nutrition myths
